NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION AND PUBLIC HEARING

TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that GRANT COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT 10 proposes to annex by

petition, the properties described below into GRANT COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT 10.

This petition applies to three separate areas:

Area 1: The area enclosed by a series of the north half of sections starting on the west

side of Frenchman Hills, about ½ mile east of Adams Road SW on a private road which,

if numbered, would be Road 8 SW. This road would be on the north side of the half

sections which would continue east for 6 miles.

POSTED SEPT 2, 2025Area 2: The area enclosed by Sections 25 and 26 Township 18 Range 26, in which the

center lies approximately four miles north of the intersection of Frenchman Hills Road

and A SW.

Area 3 : The area enclosed by Sections 3 and 4, Township 17 Range 28 which is

primarily open water in the Potholes Reservoir.

MAP OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION AREA: A map outlining the boundaries of the

properties sought to be annexed is available for review at the business office of the fire

district located at 4975 Rd 13.5 SW Royal City, WA during regular business hours.

REASONS FOR PROPOSED ANNEXATION: To include properties that are not currently in

a fire district

PUBLIC HEARING: The BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF FIRE DISTRICT 10 will hold a

public hearing to consider this proposed annexation. All interested persons are invited

to attend and provide comments regarding the proposed annexation.

TIME OF PUBLIC HEARING: NOON
